Conference Registration

Registration is required to attend the International Arya Mahasammelan.

The Registration Fee structure is listed below:

The Registration Fee includes access to all sessions, conference materials, and meals from Thursday evening thru Sunday Afternoon.

Accommodations

We are encouraging all attendees to take advantage of the available resident housing at Hofstra University. The accommodations can be booked thru the registration process, at cost of $75 per person per night for double occupancy, or $85 per person for single occupancy.

The campus housing rooms are all suite style rooms with attached private bath. 

The pricing is per person, based on double or single occupancy.

If two members of a family are registered together, then a private suite with 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds and a private bath will be assigned.

For a family of four, a private suite will be assigned, with a private bath, with 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds each.
