Conference Venue

The 36th Arya Mahasammelan will be held at the Wyndham Atlanta Buckhead Conference Center. Click here for the virtual tour of the venue (locations within hotel can be selected from the icon on left in the linked page).

Most events will be held at the Wyndham Conference Center. For Sunday, the program will be held on the campus of Greater Atlanta Vedic Temple. You are encouraged to book your return flights either for late Sunday, or for Monday.

Accommodations

We have contracted with The Wyndham Atlanta Buckhead Hotel out of town guests $129 per night. Guests may choose a King room or a room with 2 Double Beds. (Suggested occupancy is 2 persons per room). Delegates can book their rooms directly using the following link.

Parking

Transportation To / From ATL Airport

The Wyndham Atlanta Buckhead Hotel is conveniently located approximately 25 minutes (about 20 miles) from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL), with multiple rideshare choices such as Uber and Lyft available for easy, door-to-door travel.

For those using public transit, the venue is just a 2-minute walk from Lenox MARTA Station on the Gold Line toward Doraville. Trains depart roughly every 15 minutes, and the ride from the airport takes about 40 minutes, with Lenox being the 14th stop. This makes arrival and departure smooth, affordable, and highly accessible for guests coming from across North America.
