About the Sammelan
The Arya Mahasammelan is the annual gathering of Aryas from North America and across the world. The 2026 Sammelan is centered on the theme “Arya Samaj – Relevant Timeless Teachings, Shaping the Future.” It is a space for dialogue, learning, reflection, and strengthening our shared commitment to Vedic values.
The Sammelan is jointly hosted by Arya Pratinidhi Sabha America (APSA) and the Greater Atlanta Vedic Temple (GAVT)

Registration & Fees
Online registration is available at ams.aryasamaj.com. North American residents may register directly. Participants requiring a U.S. visa are advised to register after obtaining their visa.

Yes, each attendee must register individually.
Children aged 5 years and below are exempt from the registration fee. Registration is required for children above 5 years.
Non-earning students aged 25 years or below qualify for the Youth registration category. All others fall under Adult registration.
Registration fees are generally non-refundable, except in cases of emergencies or special circumstances.
Visa & International Travel
Yes, if you are not a U.S. or Canadian citizen and do not already hold a valid U.S. visa.
Participants residing outside North America may request an invitation letter using the designated form (link to be added). This letter can be submitted with a B1/B2 visa application.
Program & Event Details
Yes. The detailed program schedule will be published in the first week of June 2026 on the official website.
The Sammelan is an in-person event. Selected sessions may be live-streamed on AryaSandeshTV.com.
The Call for Papers and presentation guidelines will be announced through APSA channels. Selected presenters will be informed directly.
As a non-profit organization, APSA does not offer honorariums.
Accommodation
Special rates are available at the host hotel and nearby properties. Details are listed on the event website.
Yes, attendees may choose alternate accommodations.
Hotel charges are per room.
Room preferences may be indicated during booking, subject to availability.
Yes. The same negotiated rates apply for a limited number of days before and after the Sammelan.
Yes, provided the same registration code is used. Breakfast is included for up to three people per room. Additional breakfasts may be purchased.
Transportation
The hotel is approximately 25 minutes from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL). Uber and Lyft are readily available.
Public transit: The venue is a 2-minute walk from Lenox MARTA Station on the Gold Line. The airport ride takes about 40 minutes.
For international guests and attendees with disabilities, airport transport may be arranged if travel details are submitted by July 5, 2026.

Attendees are encouraged to wear modest and respectful attire suitable for a cultural and spiritual gathering.
